All bookings require a nonrefundable retainer of 25% - with the remaining balance due at least 14 days before your wedding. If your event gets postponed to a later date, we can apply the payment to a new date at no additional cost depending on our availability.

Typically, the set up is most comfortable in 10'W X 10'D X 10'H, but if space is limited we can absolutely accommodate 8'W X 8'D X 8'H. We also require access within 15 feet of our set up, though we can work around this with enough notice.

With unlimited prints, you absolutely can. We even offer a “Memory Book Service” to ensure a dedicated staff member both helps assemble and ensure all guests sign your guest book.

With weddings, all of our bookings are staffed with a full time team member. We will arrive an hour before your booking time starts to ensure we are properly set up. Any earlier set up can be covered through added “idle time” to ensure we bring your day to life the way you envisioned it.

When the booking concludes, we clean up within 30 minutes.
